For those ready to go further, three more days in the mountains continue the work: the Summit Men’s Retreat for men and the Summit Women’s Regroup for women. Together, they’re the Full Summit Experience.

Summit One-Day at Red Rocks is open to men and women who are serious about growth, leadership, and becoming the people others can count on. People from different backgrounds, professions, and beliefs are welcome. Faith may be part of some stories, but it's not a requirement for participation.

For men ready to go further, the Summit Men's Retreat is a three-day continuation in the Colorado mountains, April 20 to 22, with April 23 as the return-travel day. A smaller group heads into the mountains to slow down, reflect, and build on what began at Red Rocks.
Summit One-Day is also followed by the Summit Women's Regroup, a leadership experience for women held in the same spirit and on the same days as the Retreat. While you’re at the Men’s Retreat, Barbara Gustavson is leading a parallel retreat for women at Spring Canyon, on the same days and with the same getaway experience. This is not a marriage retreat. Each of you will have your own time, your own group, and your own space to reset.

All Summit registrations and deposits are nonrefundable because capacity is limited. Summit One-Day registrations are nontransferable; a Full Summit Experience seat can be given as a scholarship to someone you name or released to our scholarship pool. Revive the Vision is more than a theme for one day at Red Rocks. It is a call to see what is possible for the people around us and take action on their behalf. 10% of all Summit revenue goes to two organizations we love: 7.5% to Officers’ Christian Fellowship and 2.5% to Compassion International.
We’re seeking eight Table Hosts at $2,400, each with six seats for you, your team, or an organization you choose. We also have a $20K Impact Challenge to help cover speakers, venue, meals, books, and other Summit costs. Every gift moves us closer to that goal.
Officers’ Christian Fellowship (OCF) helps military leaders and their families grow in faith, find fellowship, and lead through the demands of service. Its Spring Canyon retreat center will host our men’s retreat and women’s Regroup following the Red Rocks event.
Compassion International works through local churches to care for children living in poverty. It helps meet their needs today while opening possibilities for their future.
Summit One-Day gives you the room, the conversation, and the connections, and it keeps you in the loop on the next Summit and Retreat. It does not include Community access on its own; you're welcome to join a Community call as a guest to see what the Circle is all about.
